TAMLEC



Tam Electrics and Airconditioning has been providing electrical design, manufacture, repair, and refit and installation services in Timor-Leste for just over 10 years. Tam Electrics Engineering Contractors were established in 1999 as an electrical and air conditioning company specializing in the Supply and installations of generator, air conditioner and electrical products.


The Company’s registered office and operations base is located in the heart of the Dili commercial center. This facility of approximately 3000sqm houses

• Administration, procurement, design and quality assurance offices

• Main store

• Switchboard manufacturing section

• Motor/generator overhaul and service center

• Main workshops

• Warehouse & cable store



Our story





Since 2000 the company's mainline operations have been commercial supply and installations, industrial installations and maintenance with Timor Telecom and Portuguese Mission maintenance and overhaul included in 2001. Tam Electrics has been providing a total service from design and installation through to commissioning and follow on maintenance. Other key functions include complete marine overhaul/refits of electrical machinery and systems, from trawlers through to tankers. Tam Electrics is also the Timor-Leste agent for FG Wilson, TCL Air-Conditioning, H.E.M electrical parts.
Full design packages are available including engineering and drafting for particular manufactured products such as switchboards and starters up to complete new vessel electrical systems and refits.
